EN Japanese Kitchen & Sake Bar (“the restaurant”) complies with the General Data & Protection Regulation, EU Regulation 2016/679, (“GDPR”) and privacy laws.

Legal basis and Purpose of the processing

The legal basis for processing personal data is a) the consent which the customer (“data subject”) has given to process his or her personal data; b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract c) the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the restaurant, for example communications by the restaurant with the customers, d) processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the restaurant is subject.

The restaurant
