General Terms & Conditions
The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UCHCI / UVH, registered at the Chamber of Commerce in Woerden under number 40482082) form the basis of services for EN Japanese Kitchen & Sake Bar.
The original Dutch text remains leading in case of interpretation disputes.
PART A: Restaurant Reservations & Cancellations
The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply, explicity deviating for specific conditions:
- Group Definition (Article 1.10): A group is defined as 8 or more people.
- Group Cancellation Fee (Article 9.3.1): For groups of 8+, cancellations later than 2 calendar days prior incur a fixed fee of €50 per person.
- Reservations require a €25 deposit per person (deducted from the bill). Online changes/cancellations via the confirmation email are allowed until 15:00, two days prior. Timely cancellations incur a €1.25 per person administration fee (refunding €23.75); after the cut-off time, the deposit is non-refundable.
PART B: Gift Card Terms & Conditions
- Booking & Types: Deposit-free booking via valid gift card code. Available for specific arrangements or custom monetary values.
- Balance: Arrangement gift cards must be consumed in a single visit and retain no balance, whereas monetary value cards retain any remaining balance for future use.
- Conditions: Classified as Multi-Purpose Vouchers (VAT exempt at purchase, VAT charged upon redemption), valid for three years, and strictly non-redeemable for cash.
