- The recipient books without paying a deposit, by entering the gift card code at the time of booking.
- Gift cards can be ordered for arrangements or a monetary value.
- Gift cards with a monetary value, that are not redeemed at one visit, keep the remaining balance.
- Gift cards are Multi Purpose Vouchers (MPV) and therefore VAT exempt. VAT is charged when the gift card is redeemed.
- Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
